- Oil for frying500 ml
- Mix the eggs, milk, margarine, sugar, flour and yeast and knead the dough. Leave to rest for about 15 minutes. Roll out the dough with the help of a rolling pin and cut the donuts using 2 different sized cups or rims. Fry the donuts in warm oil until golden on the outside. After cooling, carefully cut in half and fill with dulce de leche (I made the dulce de leche by cooking the condensed milk in the pressure cooker, 10 minutes, it's perfect)! Roof: Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie, add the cream and dip one side of the donuts, decorate with the sprinkles.
