- Organic dry yeast10 g
- warm milk240 ml
- Gems3 unit(s)
- Sugar75 g
- Butter60 g
- Vanilla essence1 coffee spoon
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Wheat flour600 g
- White chocolate200 g
- Milk chocolate160 g
- Chocolate coloring in desired color1 unit(s)
- Colored sprinkles to taste1 unit(s)
- In a bowl, place the warm milk, sugar, dry yeast, stir well and let it rest for 2 minutes;
- Add flour, salt, yolks, butter, vanilla essence and knead with your hand until it comes away from the bowl;
- Let rise for 40 minutes
- Open with the rolling pin, cut the Donuts and let rise for 15 minutes
- Preheat the oil to 160°C and fry until uniform, remove from the oil and drain on a paper towel.
- Melt the chocolate every 30 seconds in the microwave, use your imagination and various candies to decorate
