- Sugar80 g
- Salt to taste
- Organic Dry Yeast1 unit(s)
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Warm water250 ml
- Mix everything in a bowl and add the water little by little. The dough should release from your hand when ready. Cover with a cloth and let it rest until it doubles in size. Open the dough with a rolling pin. Take a large cup to make the larger circle and a soda cap for the smaller one. Place the donuts in a mold already sprinkled with wheat, cover with a cloth and let rest for 30 minutes. Now just fry and put stuffing and topping of your preference.
