  • Butter20 g
  • Whole milk50 ml
  1. Make the Yudanê by mixing 60g of flour and boiling water. Let rest 30 minutes to cool.
  2. In a mixer with a hook, place the 200g of flour, the salt on one side and the yeast on the other, the egg, milk and Yudanê.
  3. Beat for 5 minutes on speed 1, then another 5 minutes on speed 2.
  4. When it takes off from the mixer, add the butter.
  5. Let it rest for 1 hour.
  6. Open with a rolling pin and shape into donuts (a larger circle and a small one in the middle).
  7. Let it rest in a greased shape for 30 minutes.
  8. Fry in hot oil on the sides
  9. For the frosting, take the icing sugar to melt with the food coloring. It is necessary to dip the top of the donuts in the still hot syrup.
  10. For the chocolate icing, melt the bar in a water bath and dip the donuts in it.
  11. Decorate as you like.
