- Cocoa powder 70%30 g

- In the mixer or blender, mix eggs, whites and vegetable drink.
- Then, with a spoon, mix the flours, cocoa powder, whey and yeast and stir lightly until the dough is homogenized.
- When the dough is very homogeneous, put the mixture in a donut shape and take it to the oven at 180°C for 25 minutes.
- For the donut topping, just melt the 70% chocolate in a bowl and dip half of the donut in it to form the shell.
