Coconut Flour

 Na batedeira ou liquidificador misture ovos, as claras e a bebida vegetal.

 In the mixer or blender, mix eggs, whites and vegetable drink.

Depois, com uma colher misture as farinhas, o cacau em pó, o whey e o fermento e mexa levemente até a massa ficar homogeneizada.

Then, with a spoon, mix the flours, cocoa powder, whey and yeast and stir lightly until the dough is homogenized.

Quando a massa estiver bem homogênea coloque a mistura em uma forma de donut e leve ao forno a 180°C por 25 minutos.

When the dough is very homogeneous, put the mixture in a donut shape and take it to the oven at 180°C for 25 minutes.

Para cobertura do donut, basta derreter o chocolate 70% em uma tigela e mergulhar metade do donut nela, para formar a casquinha.

For the donut topping, just melt the 70% chocolate in a bowl and dip half of the donut in it to form the shell.
