- Sugar1 cup
- Milk1/2 cup
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Butter3 tablespoon
- Wheat flour until ready (on average 500g). to taste
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- In a bowl add the sugar, egg and butter, mix until smooth.
- Then mix the milk and start adding the flour until it loosens from your hands.
- Wash your hands halfway through the process, as the dough on your fingers requires more flour.
- When it gets to the point, the dough comes loose from the bowl, you add the yeast, mix and point.
- Just model, fry and pass the sugar with cinnamon, if you want 😋
- This recipe makes a lot. If you don't use it all in the day, wrap it with cling film and store it in the fridge for up to 3 days.
