- Peel the bananas and cut them, bring to the fire with the sugar, on low heat, stir from time to time so as not to burn and dry all that water that forms at the beginning of cooking, the candy has to be very firm and not sticking to the bottom. from the pan, turn off the heat and put it on a platter, until it gets completely cold.
- Meanwhile, prepare the cream, with the milk, condensed milk, cornstarch and egg yolks.
- Take it to the low fire without stopping to stir, until it thickens and gets very creamy, remove from the fire and move to another container lining it with cling film so it doesn't form a film.
- Wait for it to cool down.
- Prepare the gelatin as per the instructions on the box, let it cool a little (I put it in the fridge.
- Assembling the candy: Cold banana candy. Cream already cold. Gelatin already cold, I put the gelatin over the cream with the help of a large spoon (on the contrary) I throw the gelatin very carefully, so as not to damage the cream.
- Once that's done, just take it to freeze until the gelatin is consistent. Serve very cold.
