WHITE CREAM:
Beat the cream (ice cream) with the sugar in a mixer and set aside.
CHOCOLATE GANACHE:
In a pan, place the margarine, cocoa powder and condensed milk and bring to the fire (low) and stir until smooth. Let cool.
MOUNTING:
For the assembly you will need a glass of your choice, first place the already cold chocolate ganache (so you don't end up cooking the fruits), and then put the cut fruits on top and cover with the white cream, decorate with fruits on top if you wish.
Leave in the fridge until chilled.
