- Sour cream200 g
- condensed milk200 g
- Hot milk250 ml
- Hot water200 ml
- In a pan I put the pineapple pieces and Cooked for 10 minutes in low fire. Booked and let it cool.
- I dissolved 1 gelatine in hot water and put it in a plastic form and put all the pineapple cubes inside, I took it to the fridge until it was very firm.
- I dissolved the two gelatins in hot milk and let it cool, then blended it in a blender with the cream and condensed milk, poured this mixture on top of the already hard gelatine, took it back to the fridge until it was firm.
