Place the white chocolate in a bowl and microwave for 1 minute. Remove from the microwave and stir until all the chocolate has dissolved.
Place the chilled whipped cream in a bowl and beat until stiff peaks form. Add the white chocolate, cream cheese, condensed milk and beat until smooth.
In a rectangular container, place a little of the prepared cream on the bottom, distribute cookies around the shape, pass the cookies in the milk and make a layer.
Repeat the process with the rest of the ingredients, ending with cream and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
In the meantime prepare the topping. Place the semisweet chocolate in a container, add the cream and microwave for 1 minute. Remove and stir until the chocolate dissolves.
Pour the chocolate frosting over the cream and return to the fridge and leave for 2 hours or until completely set. Help yourself
