- coconut milk200 ml
- The night before, soak the canjica in cold water.
- On the day of preparing the recipe, take the hominy to the fire in a pressure cooker with two liters of cold water and let it cook for 1 hour.
- Once cooked, add the condensed milk, milk, cloves and cinnamon bark and let it boil on low heat for another 10 minutes.
- Add the coconut milk, stir well and remove from the heat.
- Place in a deep bowl and serve sprinkled with ground cinnamon.
