  1. The night before, soak the canjica in cold water.
  2. On the day of preparing the recipe, take the hominy to the fire in a pressure cooker with two liters of cold water and let it cook for 1 hour.
  3. Once cooked, add the condensed milk, milk, cloves and cinnamon bark and let it boil on low heat for another 10 minutes.
  4. Add the coconut milk, stir well and remove from the heat.
  5. Place in a deep bowl and serve sprinkled with ground cinnamon.
