  1. In a blender, beat the eggs, condensed milk and milk. Reserve. *Measure the milk in the can of condensed milk;
  2. In the form in which you are going to make the pudding, take the sugar and water to the fire, let it melt until caramelized, without moving. Just watch, the right spot is when you get to the honey color;
  3. Spread the caramel along the sides and center of the form;
  4. Pour the blender mixture into the caramelized form;
  5. Take it to the oven at 250° in a bain-marie, with the pan covered with foil for approximately 1 hour, at the end of that time, remove the foil and let it bake in a bain marie for another 30 min until brown on top;
  6. Place in the fridge for approximately 2 hours;
  7. * Tips: only unmold the pudding after freezing completely. When unmolding, run a knife on the sides to loosen, and take it to the fire for 30 seconds to loosen the bottom.
