- Dark or semisweet chocolate90 g
- Peanut Butter200 g
- Mix of nuts: peanuts, chestnuts, hazelnuts (you can use only one type)1/2 cup
- Chop the chocolate and microwave in 30 second intervals until it is completely melted. At each interval, remove the chocolate from the microwave and stir so that the chocolate does not burn.
- Add the peanut butter and mix until it forms a homogeneous cream.
- Add the nut mix and mix again.
- Place in individual molds (I use silicone ones) and take it to the freezer until the chocolates harden.
- Keep the pralines in the freezer so they don't melt, taking them out just minutes before serving.
- Tip: You can also make the bonbons using a unique shape. To do this, you will need to unmold it and cut it before serving.
