- Corn starch | 70 g

Recipe
- Caramelize the sugar for 5 minutes over medium heat.
- Pour 1 liter of milk over the caramelized sugar. Cook for 5 minutes over moderate heat.
- Cut the banana into thin circles. Stir until the caramelized sugar melts Dissolve the starch in 150 ml of milk. Add to the milk and boil the cream, stirring constantly, for 3 minutes over low heat.
