Ingredients

• Milk | 1.150 ml
• Corn starch | 70 g
• Sugar | 250 g
• Biscuit | 125 g
• Chocolate | 60 g
• Banana | 1 unit(s)
• Butter | 30 g

Recipe

1. Caramelize the sugar for 5 minutes over medium heat.
2. Pour 1 liter of milk over the caramelized sugar. Cook for 5 minutes over moderate heat.
3. Cut the banana into thin circles. Stir until the caramelized sugar melts Dissolve the starch in 150 ml of milk. Add to the milk and boil the cream, stirring constantly, for 3 minutes over low heat.
4. When the cream is ready, add 20 grams of butter and mix well.
5. Beat the cookies and chocolate in a blender, add 10 grams of melted butter. At the bottom of the dessert glasses we put some chocolate chip cookies.
