- Beat the cream, condensed milk and lemon juice in the blender until it becomes a very consistent mousse. Quickly dip the cookie into a bowl of chilled whole milk, and make a bottom with cookies in a bowl. Then add a layer of mousse. For the topping, crush some cookies in a blender and use a sieve to sprinkle over the dessert. Finally, put it in the freezer for about 20 minutes.
