- 2 cups canned corn240 g
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- 1 1/2 cup milk300 ml
- 1 1/2 cup condensed milk395 g
- 4 tablespoons of butter or margarine100 g
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese50 g
- 1 1/2 cup cornmeal150 g
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder14 g
- 1 cup shredded coconut50 g
- 1 pinch of salt to taste
- In the blender, place the canned corn, milk, eggs, butter or margarine, condensed milk, grated Parmesan cheese, 1 pinch of salt and beat very well.
- In a bowl add the cornmeal, grated coconut, pour the beaten liquid and mix until you get a homogeneous mass.
- Add the baking powder and stir gently.
- Grease a marinex with butter or margarine, pour in the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 45 minutes. Help yourself.
