- Cornmeal2 cup
- Margarine4 tablespoon
- Sugar2 cup
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Baking powder1 dessert spoon
- Milk1 cup
- Drain the corn and wash. Then add the corn, margarine, milk and eggs in the blender, beat everything for 3 min. Then add the cornmeal, sugar and yeast, beat for another 3 min.
- Grease a 19cm diameter mold and pour the blender mixture.
- Take your cake to the oven preheated to 180° for 40 min, do the toothpick test. Wait to cool and serve, accompanied by hot coffee.
