- Gather all the dough ingredients
- In a blender, add the carrots, oil and blend until smooth;
- Add the sugar, eggs, salt and beat until incorporated.
- Transfer to a container and gradually add the flour and mix.
- Add the yeast and gently mix until incorporated.
- Pour the dough into a greased, floured shape and take it to the oven preheated to 180º C for about 40 minutes.
