- egg whites3 unit(s)
- Sugar3 tablespoon
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave for 30 sec if you need to add another 30 sec until melted or melt in a bain marie
- Once the chocolate has melted, add the cream and mix until smooth.
- Whip the egg whites with the sugar until stiff
- Now mix the snow whites with the chocolate, mix well, place in individual pots or 1 platter and freeze for 2 hours. Serve cold.
