  • Oil1/2 cup
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Strawberry flavored gelatin powder1 unit(s)
  • Tang Strawberry Juice1 unit(s)
  • Condensed milk1 unit(s)
  • Sour cream1 unit(s)
  • Milk1 cup
  • Milk1/2 cup
  • Natural Yogurt1 unit(s)
  • Confectionary to taste
  1. Turn on the oven at 180 degrees
  2. In a mixer, add the egg whites and beat for 5 minutes. book the gems
  3. Add the sugar, the yolks.. and beat until you form a homogeneous and yellow cream.
  4. Grease the mold with oil and wheat flour
  5. Add the oil, milk, gelatin powder and gradually the wheat flour to the mixer.
  6. Add the rest of the wheat flour and the baking powder and mix everything very well.
  7. Pour the dough from the mixer in the greased shape and take it to bake at 180 degrees
  8. Bake for 30 minutes, this time of course depends from oven to oven..
  9. To check if the cake is ready, do the toothpick test. Insert a toothpick or fork into the cake, if it comes out clean, the cake is ready.
  10. In the mixer, add the condensed milk, natural yogurt, Tang juice, and cream.
  11. Beat everything for like 3, 5 minutes... It will form a very consistent cream.
  12. Unmold the cake and with the cake from warm to cold, pour this cream on top of the cake
  13. The confectionery is optional.
