- Turn on the oven at 180 degrees
- In a mixer, add the egg whites and beat for 5 minutes. book the gems
- Add the sugar, the yolks.. and beat until you form a homogeneous and yellow cream.
- Grease the mold with oil and wheat flour
- Add the oil, milk, gelatin powder and gradually the wheat flour to the mixer.
- Add the rest of the wheat flour and the baking powder and mix everything very well.
- Pour the dough from the mixer in the greased shape and take it to bake at 180 degrees
- Bake for 30 minutes, this time of course depends from oven to oven..
- To check if the cake is ready, do the toothpick test. Insert a toothpick or fork into the cake, if it comes out clean, the cake is ready.
- In the mixer, add the condensed milk, natural yogurt, Tang juice, and cream.
- Beat everything for like 3, 5 minutes... It will form a very consistent cream.
- Unmold the cake and with the cake from warm to cold, pour this cream on top of the cake
- The confectionery is optional.
