- Chopped Carrots2 cup

- Sugar2 cup
- Unleavened Wheat Flour3 cup
- Chemical Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Sour cream200 g
- Chocolate powder3 tablespoon
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Granules to taste
- In the blender, place the sugar, eggs, carrots, oil and beat for approximately 5 minutes.
- Transfer the beaten dough to a bowl, add the wheat flour and mix until you get a homogeneous mixture.
- Add the yeast and stir gently. Take it to the oven in a greased and infarinhada shape at 180°c for about 40 min, or until you do the toothpick test and it comes out clean.
- For the brigadeiro: mix all the ingredients and take it to the low fire until it starts to boil and turn off the fire after 3 minutes.
- Then pour the brigadeiro over the cake and decorate with sprinkles.
