- Support the corn on the cob standing up and cut the kernels.
- In the blender I put the corn grains, milk and sugar and let it beat well until the grains break up and then I sieved it.
- Put the liquid in the pan and let it cook well until it thickens approximately 10 minutes on medium heat.
- Distribute the cream in bowls and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
