Retire os milhos da espiga cuidadosamente, e bata no liquidificador com a água.

Carefully remove the corn from the cob, and blend it with the water in a blender.

Passe a mistura por uma peneira e descarte o bagaço. 

Pass the mixture through a sieve and discard the pomace.

 Leve a mistura peneirada ao fogo, adicione o leite e misture. Adicione a manteiga e o leite condensado, e misture sem parar com a ajuda de um fouet (batedor de arame), para não grudar no fundo da panela e queimar. 

 Bring the sifted mixture to a boil, add the milk and mix. Add the butter and condensed milk, and mix constantly with the help of a fouet (wire whisk), so it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan and burn.

Coloque em uma vasilha ou em taças individuais e polvilhe cacau em pó. Sirva morno ou gelado.

Place in a bowl or individual bowls and sprinkle with cocoa powder. Serve warm or chilled.
