Limpe as espigas e com uma faca corte o milho das espigas.

Clean the cobs and with a knife cut the corn from the cobs.

No liquidificador bata o milho e metade do leite. Passe pela peneira e com uma colher aperte para sair todo o suco do milho sem o bagaço.

In a blender, beat the corn and half of the milk. Pass through a sieve and press with a spoon to release all the corn juice without the bagasse.

Coloque o caldo do milho, o açúcar e o restante do leite numa panela. Leve ao fogo e mexa sem parar até engrossar e cozinhar bem, aproximadamente 40 minutos.

Place the corn broth, sugar and the rest of the milk in a pan. Bring to a boil and stir constantly until thickened and cooked through, approximately 40 minutes.

Transfira para uma travessa, polvilhe a canela em pó e sirva na sequência.

Transfer to a platter, sprinkle with ground cinnamon and serve.
