- Corn300 g
- Plant milk (or milk)300 ml
- Refined (or crystal) sugar2 tablespoon
- Cinnamon powder1 to taste
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. It is important to beat well until there is no whole corn left.
- Transfer to a pan and, over low heat, stir occasionally until it boils. When it boils, stir non-stop for 5 minutes!
- Turn off the heat and taste to see if you like it with more sugar, and add if necessary. Transfer to a container, sprinkle cinnamon powder (optional) and take the fridge to firm for 1 hour.
- You can also eat it warm, it just gets a little softer.
