- Cut the carrots into peeled rounds Mix with the sugar, egg and oil in a blender. My measurement for the recipe is a 250ml cup of tea or a glass of RequeijĂŁo. Hit it well!
- Sift the wheat flour and yeast into a bowl and pour the mixture from the blender into the bowl... mix until the dough is homogeneous.
- Unite a hole shape in the middle or the cupcake machine. In the oven it takes around 45 minutes and in the cupcake machine 2 minutes. Yields 35 cupcakes
- Coverage is to taste. I usually prefer ganache over brigadeiro.
