Milk500 ml
Corn starch2 tablespoon
Sour cream240 g
Condensed milk790 g
Powdered milk1 cup
Dark chocolate200 g
Bonbons to taste
Strawberries to taste

Take everything to the pan with the fire off. Mix everything very well and take it to the low fire, when it starts to boil, leave it for another 5 minutes. Always stirring slowly. Reserve until cool.
For the ganache: 200 g of melted semisweet chocolate + 1 box of cream. Mix everything very well.
You can mount in the cup, in the glass, wherever you prefer. At the bottom of the glass, place the chopped strawberries, place the cream, chopped chocolate (I used 2 dream of waltz chocolates and black gold for each glass), more cream and finish with the ganache. Decorate with halved strawberry and chocolate. Take it to freeze for 1 hour and enjoy!!!
