Para a geleia de morango:
- 2 caixas de morango (usei uma grande e uma pequena) (reservei alguns para a decoração) 
- 4 colheres de sopa de açúcar 
- Suco de 1/2 limão  
Coloque os ingredientes em uma panela, e em fogo baixo deixe o morango derreter (no início é bom ficar mexendo, quando derreter o morango é só desligar o fogo e esperar esfriar

For the strawberry jam:
- 2 strawberry boxes (I used a large and a small one) (I reserved some for decoration)
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
Place the ingredients in a pan, and on low heat let the strawberry melt (at first it's good to keep stirring, when the strawberry melts, just turn off the heat and wait for it to cool

 Para o creme de leite em pó:
- 1 cx de leite condensado
- 1 cx de creme de leite
- 2 colheres de sopa de leite em pó
- 1 colher de sopa de margarina 
Adicione o leite condensado, a margarina e o leite em pó, mexa em fogo baixo até desgrudar da panela. Deixe esfriar e acrescente o creme de leite. Reserve.

 For the sour cream powder:
- 1 tbsp of condensed milk
- 1 tbsp of sour cream
- 2 tablespoons of powdered milk
- 1 tablespoon of margarine
Add the condensed milk, margarine and powdered milk, stir over low heat until it comes off the pan. Let it cool and add the cream. Reserve.

Para o merengue:
- 3 claras
- 3 colheres de sopa de açúcar 
- Suco de 1 limão 
Leve as claras e o açúcar ao fogo, até amornar (cuidado para as claras não cozinhar) sempre mexendo. Em seguida coloque a mistura ainda morna na batedeira e vá batendo, acrescentando aos poucos o suco do limão, até ficar um creme bem firme.

For the meringue:
- 3 egg whites
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 lemon juice
Take the whites and sugar to the fire, until lukewarm (be careful not to cook the whites) always stirring. Then put the mixture still warm in the mixer and beat, gradually adding the lemon juice, until a very firm cream.

 A montagem é feita da seguinte forma:
Acrescente o creme de leite em pó, em seguida a geleia de morango e por fim o merengue. Decore com morangos a gosto. 
O rendimento da receita vai variar do tamanho da taça que você vai utilizar. 

 The assembly is done as follows:
Add the powdered milk cream, then the strawberry jam and finally the meringue. Decorate with strawberries to taste.
The yield of the recipe will vary depending on the size of the bowl you are going to use.
