- Wheat flour2 cup
- Margarine or butter3 tablespoon
- Cinnamon1 teaspoon
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Milk1 cup
- Vanilla essence1 teaspoon
- Maizena2 tablespoon
- Crumbs: Mix the flour, margarine and cinnamon in a bowl and knead with your hands until it forms a crumb.
- Cream: In a pan over medium heat, add a cup of milk and two tablespoons of cornstarch and stir until dissolved.
- Add the condensed milk and vanilla essence and stir until it thickens and becomes cream. Reserve.
- In a small form spread half of the farofa
- Pour the cream over the farofa layer
- Cover the cream with the rest of the farofa and take it to the oven for approximately 30 minutes or until golden.
