  • Sugar1.1/2 cup
  • Milk2 cup
  • Wheat Flour1 cup
  • Margarine1 tablespoon
  • For syrup: sugar1 cup
  • Water1/2 cup
  1. Syrup preparation method: Place the sugar in a pan over medium heat and stir occasionally until all the sugar has melted.
  2. Add the water and wait until the sugar dissolves. If the syrup is thin, wait for it to thicken a little and set aside.
  3. In a blender place the eggs, margarine and sugar.
  4. Beat for 1 minute.
  5. Add the milk and gradually add the wheat and beat for 1 minute.
  6. Grease a shape with a hole in the middle with the syrup that is reserved, and slowly pour the pudding dough into the shape.
  7. Take a large mold and put water and a little vinegar for the bain-marie.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C.
  9. You can also bake in a bain-marie on the stove.
  10. After 30 minutes, prick with a fork to see if it's done.
  11. If the fork comes out with a soft dough, it is not baked.
  12. If the fork comes out with a creamy mass, it's already done.
  13. Note: The pudding is creamy! a delight
