- Cinnamon stick3 unit(s)
- Clove5 unit(s)
- Put the water, rice, and cinnamon and let it boil until the water dries up.
- Then add the milk, sugar and condensed milk, stirring to mix the ingredients.
- Let it boil for 15 minutes, and put the cloves and leave it for another 5 minutes and that's it.
- Sprinkle cinnamon if you prefer.
