Creamy Sweet Rice

In a pan, mix the milk, water, sugar and salt. Add the rice, cinnamon and cloves. Bring to a boil over high heat and stir until it starts to boil.
Lower the heat and let it cook for another 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the beans are soft, at this point there should be plenty of liquid. Mix the condensed milk and let it cook for another 5 minutes.
