- Cow's milk4 l
- Sugar3 kg
- Cloves to taste
- Peel the pumpkin and cut into pieces.
- In a pan, heat until cooked.
- After cooked and cold, hit the blender with milk (beating gradually).
- After beating all the pumpkin with milk, pour it into a pan and bring to a boil.
- Add the sugar and keep stirring.
- Keep stirring until it starts to boil.
- Over time this mixture will start to thicken.
- Keep stirring until the candy starts to splash. By now it will be pretty consistent.
- Remove from heat, place the cloves and transfer to a container.
- After cooling, put it in the fridge.
