Peel and cut the yam. Put them to cook until they are very soft. Drain the water.
Blend the yams, bananas, strawberries, powdered milk and hydrated gelatin in a blender. You can use sweetener if needed.
Prepare a whey cream by diluting the whey in a little water. Gradually add water or milk until it has a creamy consistency. No need to heat, just mix.
Place the yam cream in a bowl and cover with the whey cream. Take it to freeze!!!!
