Ingredients
- Corn for mungunzá | 500 g
- Coconut milk | 500 ml
- Condensed milk | 1 can(s)
- Sugar | 4 tablespoon
- Cloves (optional) | 5 unit(s)
- Cinnamon stick (optional) | 2 unit(s)
Recipe
- Cook the corn for mungunzá in a pressure cooker with water, cloves and cinnamon until the corn is soft, about 30 minutes.
- When the corn is cooked, add the coconut milk, condensed milk and sugar. The sugar is according to your taste.
- After adding all the ingredients, keep it on low heat for about 10 minutes, always stirring so it doesn't stick to the pan. NOTE: every time you heat up, add a little milk to keep it creamy.
