Ingredients

  • Corn for mungunzá | 500 g
  • Coconut milk | 500 ml
  • Condensed milk | 1 can(s)
  • Sugar | 4 tablespoon
  • Cloves (optional) | 5 unit(s)
  • Cinnamon stick (optional) | 2 unit(s)

Recipe

  1. Cook the corn for mungunzá in a pressure cooker with water, cloves and cinnamon until the corn is soft, about 30 minutes.
  2. When the corn is cooked, add the coconut milk, condensed milk and sugar. The sugar is according to your taste.
  3. After adding all the ingredients, keep it on low heat for about 10 minutes, always stirring so it doesn't stick to the pan. NOTE: every time you heat up, add a little milk to keep it creamy.
