- White hominy corn300 g
- liquid milk400 ml
- Coconut milk200 ml
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- grated coconut100 g
- Salt to taste
- Cinnamon stick to taste
- Clove to taste
- Soak the hominy corn for 12 hours, cook under pressure for 25 minutes and set aside.
- In a pan put the boiled corn without water and all the ingredients. Stir for 25 minutes and it's done. Let cool to serve.
