- Whole milk2 cup
- Corn starch1 tablespoon
- Chocolate powder3 tablespoon
- Sugar4 tablespoon
- Cinnamon stick to taste
- Sour cream1 cup
- In a blender, beat the milk, cornstarch, cocoa powder and sugar. Pour the mixture into a pan with the cinnamon and place over low heat, stirring constantly until it boils. Turn off, and add the cream and stir well until you get a homogeneous mixture. Remove the cinnamon and serve hot.
