  • Coarse hominy250 g
  • Milk1500 ml
  • Sugar1/2 cup
  • Condensed milk395 g
  • Paçoquinha4 unit(s)
  • Salt (a pinch) to taste
  • Cinnamon Peel to taste
  1. Leave the hominy to soak overnight.
  2. Drain the water from the hominy and put it to cook in the pressure cooker until it gets very soft.
  3. Let the water dry.
  4. Add the milk, sugar, condensed milk, stirring constantly.
  5. Add the salt, the peeled cinnamon and the crumbled paçoquinha, keep stirring.
  6. Let it boil until it thickens.
  7. Pour into a pyrex and sprinkle crumbled paçoquinha.
