Creamy hominy with paçoca

Salt (a pinch)
Leave the hominy to soak overnight.
Drain the water from the hominy and put it to cook in the pressure cooker until it gets very soft.
Add the milk, sugar, condensed milk, stirring constantly.
Add the salt, the peeled cinnamon and the crumbled paçoquinha, keep stirring.
Let it boil until it thickens.
Pour into a pyrex and sprinkle crumbled paçoquinha.
