- condensed milk1 can(s)
- grated coconut to taste
- Sugar to taste
- Water1 l
- Soak the hominy corn in the water with the sugar for approximately 4 hours.
- Then put it to cook in the water with sugar that you left to soak, until it's al dente.
- Drying the water, add the coconut milk, grated coconut, milk and condensed milk
- Let it boil for about 12 minutes, always stirring so it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan.
- Leave it on the fire until it thickens and it's ready!
