  • coconut milk250 ml
  • Milk1 l
  • condensed milk1 can(s)
  • grated coconut to taste
  • Sugar to taste
  • Water1 l
  1. Soak the hominy corn in the water with the sugar for approximately 4 hours.
  2. Then put it to cook in the water with sugar that you left to soak, until it's al dente.
  3. Drying the water, add the coconut milk, grated coconut, milk and condensed milk
  4. Let it boil for about 12 minutes, always stirring so it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan.
  5. Leave it on the fire until it thickens and it's ready!
