- Corn for hominy500 g
- Sugar1 cup
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Coconut milk200 ml
- Powdered milk5 tablespoon
- Whey cream1 can(s)
- 1 Let the hominy soak for about 8 or 12 hours. 2 In a large pot, cook with the same water, and if necessary add more water until soft. 3 Add the sugar and boil for another 10 minutes. On low heat and set aside. 4 In another pan, add the 4 milks and let it boil for 2 minutes. 5 Add to the reserved hominy, cooking it for another 25 minutes. 6 Allow to cool slightly before serving, and sprinkle with ground cinnamon if you prefer.
