- White hominy package500 g
- Water1 l
- Powdered milk1 cup
- condensed milk1/2 cup
- Milk2 cup
- Sugar1/2 cup
- Cloves or Cinnamon Bark to taste
- Shredded Coconut2 cup
- Soak the hominy in water overnight. Discard the water.
- Place the canjica, sugar, water and cloves or cinnamon in the pressure cooker and cook for 20 minutes after taking pressure. Turn off the fire and remove the pressure before opening.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking, until the flavor is refined and thickened.
- Use more water or milk if necessary!
