- Mix the cream, powdered milk and condensed milk in a pan, now stir non-stop until it comes off the pan and you can see the bottom with a spoon.
- Whip the whipped cream on low speed until it doubles in volume, and do not add sugar.
- Now just put the mixture made with condensed milk, and on top add the whipped cream with the chocolate shavings
