Creamy gelatin with chocolate syrup

  • Condensed milk2 unit(s)
  • Sour cream2 unit(s)
  • Colorless unflavored gelatin2 unit(s)
  • Water200 ml
  • Toddy1 cup
  • Sugar1 cup
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  1. Dissolve the gelatin in the hot water.
  2. Then add it to the blender with the cream, condensed milk, beat for 5 min.
  3. Then pour in the greased shape with margarine and take it to the fridge for 2 hours.
  4. Remove from the fridge, unmold and set aside. In a pan add the Toddy, sugar and butter stir until it thickens and forms a syrup.
  5. Wait for the syrup to cool and then throw it in the gelatin.
