Creamy corn curau and zero sugar

Lave as espigas e com uma faca de serrinha corte o milho. Bata no liquidificador com o leite e em seguida coe.

Wash the cobs and with a serrated knife cut the corn. Blend the milk in a blender and then strain.

Coloque o suco de milho numa panela e leve ao fogo, acrescente o adoçante e vá mexendo. Quando levantar fervura e engrossar, abaixe o fogo, acrescente o côco, e deixe cozinhar, mexendo sempre. Deixe cozinhar por 10 a 15 min.

Put the corn juice in a pan and take it to the fire, add the sweetener and keep stirring. When it boils and thickens, lower the heat, add the coconut, and let it cook, stirring constantly. Let it cook for 10 to 15 min.
