- Spoons full of wheat flour2 tablespoon
- spoons of shredded coconut2 tablespoon
- teaspoon and a half full of baking powder1 tablespoon
- Whisk all the ingredients together in a blender. Then add grated coconut, yeast and mix. Put it to bake.
- Place in the round shape with hole and in the square shape. The form must be greased and floured.
- The cooking time in the round is faster, but the recipe is shorter. To increase, do it with twice the ingredients.
- The cake looks like tamale, very creamy, delicious!
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for approximately 40 minutes.
