Instant coffee

Coloque na batedeira o café solúvel, açúcar e a canela.

Put the instant coffee, sugar and cinnamon in the mixer.

Em um recipiente coloque a água para esquentar.
Desliguei o fogo quando a água estiver borbulhando.

In a container put the water to heat.
Turn off the heat when the water is bubbling.

Coloque a água na batedeira junto com os outros ingredientes e coloque pra bater.

Put the water in the mixer along with the other ingredients and put it to beat.

O ponto ideal é quando a mistura estiver nem ponto cremoso e consistente.

The ideal point is when the mixture is not even creamy and consistent point.

Coloque num pote e reserve na geladeira.
Essa mistura pode ser colocada no congelado e quando for servir é  misturada com leite quente.

Place in a jar and keep in the fridge.
This mixture can be placed in the freezer and when serving it is mixed with hot milk.
