- Instant coffee50 g
- Sugar2 cup
- Water100 ml
- Cinnamon to taste
- Put the instant coffee, sugar and cinnamon in the mixer.
- In a container put the water to heat. Turn off the heat when the water is bubbling.
- Put the water in the mixer along with the other ingredients and put it to beat.
- The ideal point is when the mixture is not even creamy and consistent point.
- Place in a jar and keep in the fridge. This mixture can be placed in the freezer and when serving it is mixed with hot milk.
