Na batedeira, coloque o café, o açúcar e a canela;
Misture bem;
Em seguida adicione a água quente;
Bata tudo por cerca de 10 minutos ou até que fique bem volumoso e liso

Na hora de usar, basta adicionar 2 colheres (sopa) numa xícara, adicionar o leite quente e misturar.
