- Condensed milk395 g
- Fresh grated coconut150 g
- Coconut milk100 ml
- Corn starch1 tablespoon
- Whole milk300 ml
- Sugar1 cup
- Water150 ml
- I started by preparing the syrup, in a pan I put the sugar and on low heat stirring until all the sugar melted, I added all the water little by little and stirred well until it became a thick syrup, turned off the heat and set aside.
- In the blender I added all the ingredients of the pudding except the grated coconut, beat for 3 minutes, finally I added a part of the grated coconut, I reserved a little for the decoration. In an aluminum mold with a hole in the middle, I poured the syrup, spread it on the bottom and sides, added all the mixture from the blender and took it to the oven in a bain-marie for 50 minutes. I took it out of the oven, let it cool down a bit and put it in the fridge for 1 hour, then I unmoulded it and decorated it with the grated coconut.
