1/2 Cup Demerara Sugar (or Xylitol)

Cocoa powder

Rice or oat flour

Vanilla essence

Chopped Chocolate 70% Cocoa (optional)

Creamy Chocolate Brownie

1. Derreta o chocolate com a manteiga no microondas, espere amornar.

2. Adicione os dois ovos e misture bem com o açúcar Demerara, adicione a essência de baunilha, o cacau em pó e a farinha de arroz, por último adicione o chocolate picado.

3. Unte a forma com manteiga e cacau em pó e despeje a massa, e asse em forno pré aquecido à 220 graus por 20 minutos, não deixe assas demais senão perde a cremosidade!

2. Add the two eggs and mix well with the Demerara sugar, add the vanilla essence, cocoa powder and rice flour, finally add the chopped chocolate.

3. Unite the shape with butter and cocoa powder and pour the dough, and bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for 20 minutes, don't leave too much baking or it will lose its creaminess!
